Please strongly urge President Biden to nominate a replacement to lead the FBI and push for their confirmation ahead of Trump's new term. I think it's a terrible idea for our supposedly nonpartisan leaders like Wray to be stepping aside under Trump's pressure to avoid a fight. That just is paving the way for him to successfully be an autocrat which is what the FBI should actually be protecting Americans from, not caving to. We need our leaders to be willing to fight for our democracy. It's a real crisis, not just a campaign talking point, and we need our leaders to talk, act, and fight like it, not give in. Thank you.
