Why is the Republican party allowing Trump to continually lie? Why do you allow him to continually post social media posts and memes depicting violence? Why do you allow him to continue to say horrible things to people and about people - calling them names, degrading their character, putting ill wishes upon them, most recently regarding Biden's poor health? The lies have got to stop. Most recently, Trump's social media post claims we are taking in trillions of dollars in tariffs. He has stopped eight wars. The stock market hit an all-time high for the 48th time in 9 months. We are the richest and most respected the USA has ever been. Grocery prices and gas prices are down. He has a plan for health care. Lies. Literally everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. We have an unstable leader who lives in his own alternate reality. Anyone living in this country knows that prices have gone up, health insurance premiums have skyrocketed, housing costs have climbed. Trump's messages aren't based on truth or data. They are the ramblings of an old, demented man who knows his time is running out. This pattern is not new. Hitler, especially near the end of WW II, would spiral into long, disjointed speeches that were based on fake "facts". Trump's problem, other than the fact that he is mentally and physically unhealthy and unhinged, is that he is a man who ran on vague promises and simple solutions to complex problems, but he never had an outline or a plan of what he was actually going to do. Always a concept of a plan. But no plan. In fact, Trump's whole premise is to break something that isn't broken, watch people suffer, then "fix" what it was that he broke in the first place. The American people have caught on to this. And now, the confusion that he has set forth for himself is all he has left. He can't tell the difference between a plan and an alternate fact. Trump's tantrums, his propaganda, his bullying, his lies, his bragging about things that aren't real, are all the sad reality of a man who is incapable of governing our country. We are not the strongest America has ever been. And the American people know that. And the Republican party is to blame. You, senators, are to blame because you are complicit in his behavior. And the American people will not be forgiving for your complacency while Trump destroys our country.
