I am a constituent and a pediatrician. I do not agree with your support for freezing funds to federal programs that feed women and children and provide healthcare that would otherwise be unavailable. Indiscriminately freezing funds is cruel and has unintended consequences. I fear many of our most vulnerable Hoosiers will suffer.
