Ban the use of AI in political ads and campaigns statewide

I have yet to see it yet in Portland or anywhere else in the state, but there have been an alarming number of campaigns using AI to generate deep fake political campaign ads against their opponents. This is embarrassing and highly unethical. I want you to write and pass common sense and common language legislation that will simply ban the use of AI in all political campaign ads. We need to preemptively get ahead of this if we are to avoid more lies and deception from dishonest politicians. Do it now. Here's an example I found.. our current laws don't go far enough. Over-the-top AI campaign ads will test Oregon disclosure law - OPB -
