Be on the right side of history by defending American ideals over the road of authoritarianism. At the same time, economic experts warn that high tariffs on goods traded between the United States and the European Union are harming both economies and fueling tensions between long-standing allies. These tariffs raise costs for American consumers and businesses, disrupt supply chains, invite retaliation, and threaten millions of jobs tied to international trade. Removing these unnecessary barriers would promote economic growth, lower prices, and allow the U.S. and EU to confront global challenges together.
