Please prevent Trump’s triumphal arch. It would be a sacrilege, against our sacred ground at Arlington, where several of my good friends lay resting. The military purpose is absurd, there’s no way it won’t complicate air traffic around Reagan airport. Like everything else, Trump touches, it will be a monument to his greed, corruption, incompetence, and delusional sense of greatness. In fact, it’s tacky and obscene.
