Vote NO on HR 1526. I love our system of checks and balances - as embedded in the Constitution. HR 1526 would constrain federal courts' ability to stop the executive branch from carrying out illegal or unconstitutional actions. This legislation poses a danger to all of us by removing an important check on the executive branch. The courts MUST have the ability to limit presidential abuses of power.  With the President ignoring the Supreme Court's order to bring Mr Garcia home and the FBI's arrest of Milwaukee County Judge Dugan the judiciary is already in jeopardy. Stand up for fair and impartial courts.
