I strongly urge all members of office to not vote for HB 392. As a member of my community that still draws breath because of the safety guidelines and oversight OSHA provides, I will not stand for OSHA's ability to perform their duties to be infringed on. If the safety standards required of our employers are laxed, there will be deaths caused by preventable accidents when employers try to squeeze another hour of production out of a human being. A person with a life and family, and that persons blood will be on the hands of those who vote to diminish OSHA in any regard.
