Registered North Carolina Voter Evidently, President Trump has a difficult time accepting “no” as an answer and has asked the Supreme Court for a third time to allow the government to make a radical federal change to mail-in voting eight weeks before the midterm elections. Changes to ballots already printed and now sent out by North Carolina and ready to be sent by several other States. Trump has never provided a shred of evidence to support their claim mail-in balloting is not secure. In fact, numerous studies have proven just the opposite. Per the Constitution, elections are run by the States. They certainly are not run by political candidates or parties. For this reason, Trump has no legal standing for his request. He is a candidate and not an election regulator. Our legal system has a process to present evidence of election fraud. The Trump Administration has never provided such evidence because they have none. If the Justices allow Trump to weaponize the USPS, millions of voters will be impacted and it will be the single worst decision ever by the Supreme Court.
