I expect my representatives to protect California's control over its clean, affordable energy future from coal-producing states and from Trump’s Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Californians need protections against price increases to subsidize out-of-state coal production as well as federal control of our environmental laws. The current Senate amendments on SB 540 go part of the way to protecting Californians. No bill should be advanced that doesn’t, at minimum, include the safeguards added in the Senate. Thank you
