I’m a constituent and concerned American writing to urge Senator Schiff to support a formal conflict-of-interest review before the proposed Paramount-WB merger closes. The government must require strong data firewalls and full transparency around Oracle’s role. This isn’t just a Hollywood deal — it affects who controls what information we see, how our sensitive data is used, how much competition exists, and whether conflicts of interest are properly examined.
