Please support Senate Bill 115 Paid family and medical leave program. There's so many bills in session that will make life worse for Hoosiers, this bill is one of the only positive things happening this legislative session. I'm a mom, and I just took 6 months of unpaid leave to care for and bond with my child. My husband and I saved for years to make this happen, and it has been so crucial to my son's life, and my own healing. If paid leave existed, I would have chosen to get pregnant much earlier. We're struggling to save up for a second child, both for the HSA money for a birth, and the extra cash for childcare and leave to bond with a new kid. This would make such a huge difference in the lives of so many families.
