Please vote yes on the Fourth Amendment is not For Sale Act (HR 4639). DHS wants to use data collected by apps for immigration enforcement, data that was originally created for marketing purposes. There are many errors in this data as detailed by people who have worked on the programs that collect this data have stated. This will result in a huge miscarriage of justice and mis-identification of potential targets for DHS. As we have seen in Minnesota and across the country, DHS and the Trump regime have inflicted terror on our communities and their access to this data will make this worse.
