Please vote against SB56. It has become tiresome watching the Ohio legislature debate and attempt to curtail the law that Ohioans resoundingly passed to allow legal use of marijuana for recreation. Ohio’s law is very clear and Ohio voters were very direct in approving it. Tinkering around the edges to re-criminalize activities that Ohio voters chose to decriminalize and legalize is nothing short of disrespectful to the will of the voters. I understand that there are moral, legal, and economic implications at play. However, it is more important to honor the voices of Ohioans. Vote No on SB56
