Immediate Removal of President Trump Due to Medical Incapacity I am writing to urge you to take immediate action to remove President Trump from office based on credible evidence of severe cognitive decline that renders him medically unfit to serve and poses an urgent threat to national security. In October 2024, over 200 licensed medical and mental health professionals published a letter in The New York Times warning that Trump shows unmistakable signs strongly suggesting dementia, including shocking decline in verbal fluency, confusing people and generations, using non-words like "mishuz" instead of missile, wide-based gait, deterioration in fine motor coordination, and marked deterioration in impulse control and judgment. These professionals identified symptoms consistent with Frontotemporal Dementia, a progressive decay of the brain's frontal and temporal lobes that removes impulse control and reality-testing. The danger is compounded by Trump's pre-existing Malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder, a condition psychoanalyst Erich Fromm described in 1964 as "the most severe pathology and the root of the most vicious destructiveness and inhumanity." The combination of FTD and Malignant Narcissism creates what mental health professionals called "unimaginably catastrophic consequences" because dementia erodes the limited impulse control a malignant narcissist never had much of to begin with. We have already witnessed the results: claims of treason with calls for long jail sentences, condoned violence by ICE agents in Democratic states, erratic tariff policies rolled out and pulled back on impulse, and perseveration in implementing policies even after being declared unconstitutional. This is not normal aging. This is a medical emergency. The cabinet and medical team who have concealed this information while profiting from their positions must also be held accountable. Under normal circumstances, relatives would be seeking long-term care consultation for someone exhibiting this level of deterioration. I urge you to invoke the 25th Amendment or pursue other constitutional remedies immediately. Every day this condition remains unaddressed, all Americans are at risk from a cognitively incapacitated commander-in-chief who can be manipulated by adversaries and whose symptoms will only worsen.
