I am very concerned with the use of Flock cameras and other similar products. I agree with Florida Congressman Steube that these are a violation of our Fourth Amendment rights and an invitation for bad actors to misuse our information. Already in Florida, individual officers have been found to be stalking ex-girlfriends and Florida Fish and Wildlife has been accused of tracking stakeholders using these tools. Congress should step in to clarify when these technologies could be used without violating our rights, or, preferably, to ban them altogether.
