Regarding Bill S. 4340 the Stop Climate Shakedowns Act of 2026, which would shield fossil fuel companies from liability lawsuits and target climate superfund policies gaining steam in states. I oppose this bill and expect my Senator to do so as well. Oil and gas companies have known what their products would do to our climate for 30 years. They lied about it and the costs to humanity are incalculable. They should pay. The senate must vote no!
