It is your job to immediately impeach President Trump for violating both Congress' Article I spending authority and the 1974 Impoundment Control act. He and U.S. Health Secretary ‌Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are committing unconstitutional impoundment by withholding Medicaid payments to California and Minnesota. There is no gray area in this matter. Do your job.
