Trump is a moron. His promotion of coal and “drill drill drill”, coupled with his distain for wind energy, and lukewarm promotion of nuclear imperials our future. Here’s a newsflash for you: there’s no such thing as clean coal. And, all the nuclear accidents in history have claimed far fewer lives than coal mining does every single year. The next generation nuclear plants will be even safer yet. Meanwhile, stripped mining for coal destroys the land, burning it pollutes the atmosphere and our water. The health consequences are enormous. Wind and solar coupled with advanced battery technology offer viable alternatives to pollution generating fossil fuels. In summary, the administration’s energy policy is abysmal.
