As your constituent, I am writing to urge you to speak out, publicly and repeatedly, on a simple but vital truth: U.S. service members can disobey unlawful orders. In this dangerous moment, when there is open talk of using the military to carry out blatantly unconstitutional actions, our troops need to hear from their elected leaders that we understand their duty is to the Constitution, not to any one person.
