Vote NO on House Bill 1001 This is to urge you to oppose HB 1001. It is ill conceived and will be used arbitrarily, leading to expensive law suits and community stress. Even with certain carve outs, the impact will be public outcry. And I doubt if it is legal under Amendment One of the US Constitution. Vote NO.
