I am writing to request oversight of the National Design Studio (NDS), a White House office building federal digital infrastructure with no transparency or legal compliance.
Key documented concerns:
Federal health, passport, and voter registration websites built on White House-controlled infrastructure rather than independent agency servers, with no required privacy notices filed anywhere.
A working preview of vote.gov registered to the Executive Office of the President, not the Election Assistance Commission as required by law, with a certificate dated April 10, 2026, contradicting DOJ's court statement that this infrastructure doesn't exist.
passports.gov owned by the White House, not the State Department, currently collecting biometric passport photos with no privacy policy on file.
Unauthorized analytics software on federal sites recording keystrokes and mouse movements with IP addresses not stripped, in violation of the E-Government Act of 2002.
Login.gov, used by 150 million Americans, now run by a former DOGE staffer who survived a federal court injunction blocking DOGE access to personnel records.
All records sealed until 2040 with no Inspector General oversight.

I request a full accounting of NDS infrastructure, immediate filing of all required privacy documents, and investigation of the vote.gov and passports.gov domain ownership situation.
