Vote NO on H.R. 899
To: Rep. Ross
From: A constituent in Raleigh, NC
February 10
Eliminating the Department of Education would be a major setback for our nation's educational system and jeopardize the future of millions of students. A strong, well-funded public education infrastructure is essential for cultivating an informed, skilled populace capable of driving innovation, economic growth, and societal progress. Terminating this critical agency would deprive schools of vital resources, undermine academic standards, and exacerbate inequalities in access to quality education. I urge you to reject this misguided proposal and instead work to strengthen and improve our public education system for the benefit of current and future generations. An investment in education is an investment in the long-term prosperity and competitiveness of our country.
