Restore Supreme Court impartiality through ethics reform

To: Justices Court

From: A constituent in Surf City, NC

May 24

The Supreme Court's perceived impartiality is compromised when justices appear aligned with partisan and conspiratorial viewpoints on elections and have demonstrated many instances of privileged and partisan behaviors. Congress must insist on term limits and/or rotation of sitting judges, similar to Appeals court. Chief Justice Roberts should insist on recusals from cases involving electoral integrity when warranted, and initiate a new phase of strong, strictly enforced ethical guidelines for all jurists on the nation's highest court. Restoring public confidence through unimpeachable ethical standards is imperative.
