I am writing to urge you to support Senator Markey’s efforts to extend the deadline on banning TikTok. As users yourselves, you know the far reaching impact the app has had on people’s lives. Emotionally, financially, personally and professionally, this app has changed lives. In my own family, we use it to learn, connect, and share entertaining videos with our teen sons. The laughs we’ve shared are immeasurable as are the benefits. No other app is like it. From organizing fundraisers to spreading important information, it is a valuable tool for all Americans. Please see your way to end the TikTok ban that is promoted by its competitors.
