Please SIGN ESHB 1296. Our public school students depend on this bill being enacted into law. This bill combines the best of 5181 and 1296 into one bill -1296. This law is imperative to protect our LGBTA+ students in public schools. It offers strong protections from discrimination and consequences for failing to follow the law.
