Real WV issues
To: Rep. Moore
From: A constituent in Morgantown, WV
April 18
Your trip this week to El Salvador was an embarrassment. What a waste of tax payer money! All so that you could have a photo op amongst people not afforded their constitutionally guaranteed due process.
It is appalling that you waste your time groveling for the approval of the cruel sycophants who worship Trump. West Virginia has real problems you could be working on. This state is still reeling from recent flooding. The southern half of the state doesn’t have safe drinking water. A generation of children have lost their parents to an opioid epidemic that still wages on. Hard working West Virginians lost their jobs in impulsive sweeping cuts by DOGE. Here in Morgantown, approximately 200 of you constituents lost their jobs at NIOSH, and our state is left less safe because of it.
Please stop the theatrics and photo-ops and do something for the people of this state. I am so embarrassed that you represent me in Congress because you clearly share none of my values. I challenge you to face us. Have a town hall here in Morgantown so you can actually hear about issues West Virginians care about. I guarantee bootlicking at the feet of Trump isn’t it.
