We the people are tired of the US government being the biggest source of fraud, violence, corruption, and criminality this country has ever seen. He and his administration have actively dismantled the checks, balances, and oversight. They’ve blocked federal investigations, threatened, blackmailed, and framed political enemies and allies alike to bend them to his will. Even with the small percentage of the Epstein files that have been released document some of the most vile and depraved crimes I’ve ever read. Many of your colleagues themselves may be in the files themselves, and have a vested interest in keeping him in power. We all know that with Trump’s presidential immunity in place, there is no practical way to stop him from starting wars, destroying the economy, forfeiting generations of educational and technological global leadership, and there’s little to hold him accountable under the law until he is removed. He has already called for Congress to “federalize” elections. What more will it take? There is no bottom to how far fascists will go for power. If you are worried about retribution or violence, I hear you. We are, too. And it will only get worse the longer this goes on and the more desperate he gets. Your constituents will help you fund private security details if that means you do the right thing and save democracy. Just say the word. Please act now and end this carnage immediately.
