Congressman, I am horrified and furious about the point blank execution of an innocent woman in Minneapolis today by ICE agents. In addition to bringing this murderer to justice, it is beyond time to defund ICE. ICE agents are poorly trained and insufficiently vetted. I do not want my tax dollars to pay for a force that is so ill equipped, uses excessive force on immigrants and citizens alike and is now killing innocent citizens. Use whatever means possible reign in these out-of-control agents. More terrible events will occur unless you and your colleagues take back your Congressional powers.
