I am writing you today to urge you to oppose Chuck Schumer as Senate Majority leader. Throughout the Trump administration, he has repeatedly failed to meet the moment and be the fighter that Democrats need. I strongly feel that he can’t truly serve the American people’s best interests while also taking AIPAC and corporate PAC money. He has had his chance under prior leadership to hold the Trump administration accountable and make meaningful changes to improve the lives of everyday people and lower our cost of living, which he failed to do. Especially after the Haley Stevens debacle (whom he recruited to be the candidate) I have zero confidence in his ability to effectively lead the party into the future.
