Senator Budd, your recent response to my email concerning January 6 insurrections is laughable. In it you say, “I have consistently called for anyone who broke the law on January 6th to be held accountable. Individual investigations and prosecutions are ongoing and should be allowed to finish without political interference.” Many broke the law, Senator, and were found guilty in courts. They were sentenced and serving their time until Trump PARDONED THEM ALL. And guess what the result of that has been? Already many of them have been arrested again for other crimes - some heinous including rape, child sexual assault, domestic violence and even murder. Where is the GOP’s commitment to law and order? There is nothing “Grand” but the current Republican Party. You try to tell Americans that our immigrant neighbors are criminals while letting repeat, career criminals walk free to commit more crime and hurt and kill Americans. Your talking points are ridiculous.
