This is absolutely unacceptable. Are you kidding me? Turn this down! If I have to explain further why, then you are all fools. H.R.7114 No no no no Turning citizens into tattle tales? People will be calling people for nonsense claims. This is a repeat of history and a terrible solution to a non-problem.
