The People not Politicians Referendum which was turned in December and has been certified by county election clerks has 130% of the required signatures to qualify for approval. Secretary Denny Hoskins has refused to certify or deny the referendum. His inaction is putting the November election in peril of being invalid. I want you to put pressure on the Secretary to make a decision. If he “feels” there is reason to deny the referendum let him prove it in court. “Show Me” your evidence. Not making a decision is a dereliction of duty. Make him do his job in line with the Missouri Constitution. He must Stop dragging this out decide and stand on his decision.
