Explain yourselves. Why are taxpayer dollars being used to fund a settlement for Michael Flynn—a man who was investigated, charged, and admitted guilt, only to be politically rescued by a presidential pardon? On what legal, ethical, or constitutional basis does the American public now bear financial responsibility for the consequences of his actions? This is not a gray area.
