This large-scale data mining appears to be a fishing expedition lacking proper justification and oversight. Unchecked authority combined with a lack of transparency creates an environment ripe for abuse and overreach. These decisions prioritize the interests of an unelected bureaucracy over the rights of the American people. To protect civil liberties and restore public trust, DOGE's data access should be limited to only what is strictly necessary, subject to robust privacy safeguards. Additionally, DOGE must operate under the same transparency standards as other federal agencies to allow for proper scrutiny of its activities and decision-making processes. Transparency and privacy should be non-negotiable principles for any government entity handling sensitive personal data.
