The IDF's deliberate shooting at unarmed Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid is unconscionable and a grave violation of human rights. No civilians should ever be targeted, especially when they are simply seeking basic necessities. This pattern of violence against a vulnerable population must cease immediately. I urge you to support an immediate arms embargo on Israel until they uphold international law and human rights standards. Supplying weapons that are used to harm innocents is unacceptable. We must take decisive action to prevent further civilian casualties and suffering. An arms embargo will send a clear message that such blatant disregard for human life will not be tolerated.
