The incoming Democratic Party majority was handed a sweeping mandate by the American people. No office holder, who is beholden to AIPAC and/or Israel--which conned or blackmailed Trump into a war with Iran, and continues the genocide in Gaza--should be allowed to lead either chamber of Congress. Both Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer have consistently failed the American people, the voters who vote blue, and the world.  The American people deserve justice and accountability. There should be no appeasement, no reconciliation. We'll get more of that "we go high" that brought us Trump 2024 and a Republican majority in Congress. The Democratic Party should fire Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer and appoint true progressives who will pursue justice, restore democratic norms, and honor the system of checks and balances on the executive branch.
