Please vote NO on HR9495. The bill as written is flawed - first provision is great, but there needs to be more definition and a better process for removing 501c3 status from a nonprofit. I run a small NPO in Eugene, supporting the nonprofit sector, and it's important to us to be able to continue delivering results for the environment and struggling families with our donors' dollars. Thank you.
