An ICE agent murdered an innocent woman in broad daylight. It was an unjustified, horrific murder of a woman in Minnesota whose young son is now an orphan. And Trump lied about it. Because that's what Trump, every enabler in his administration, and every spineless Republican legislator does when a tragedy happens on Trump's watch - they lie. But facts matter. Proof of a wrongdoing or tragedy matter. And we have the proof in the dozens of videos and witness accounts from the murder scene. The young woman was not a terrorist. She was not trying to mow down the ICE agents. She was not a threat. She was murdered by the reckless terrorizing power that the ICE agents believe they have due to Trump's permission. And this isn't the first time an ICE agent has used bullets as a way to terrorize those of us living in the U.S. This isn't the first death due to an ICE agent's force. Millions across the world have seen the videos of the murder yesterday. Millions of us hear Trump's lies. We KNOW that ICE is unfit and untrained for the jobs they are given to do. We know they are full of Proud Boys and other Trump cultists. We know they are evil and hell-bent on terrorizing and threatening those of us living in our country - even American citizens. Trump's lies won't work. Noem must be fired. And CONGRESS MUST PROVIDE OVERSIGHT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. In any other presidency, Congress would be addressing ICE's abuses and lack of training. In any other time Congress would not have permitted the massive spending given to ICE. ICE is a terrorist organization. ICE is lawless, and Congress CAN do something to stop it. These murders, the shootings, the kidnapping, the terrorizing, the threatening of our citizens, the disruption of our daily lives, the pulling apart of families, MUST STOP. Immigration enforcement is important. But there are proper channels to go through, proper training given to the agents. The current ICE is out of control. They are nothing but a cruel regime flooding our cities with armed thugs. The murder of this young woman did not have to happen. But sadly, it was not surprising. Americans, regardless of political affiliation, don't agree with Trump's immigration tactics. We don't want to live in fear. Senators, neither of you had better be repeating Trump's lies. This was murder in broad daylight and no amount of lies will change that. We have proof. Fire NOEM. And for once and for all, is *this* perhaps one incident that will make you stand up to Trump?
