The federal government has failed to remain open. I expect you to submit and vote on motions that also shut all federally funded rail, toll roads, and airports. If the people tasked with running these systems are not being paid, you are putting every American citizen at risk forcing them to work. If it's worth shutting this country down, SHUT IT ALL DOWN. If you capitulate to the republican teardown of the economy you will be complicit in its destruction.
