BAAJA: Protect Section 106

I am writing to ask you to protect Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, and remove language weakening or eliminating it via the BAAJA bill. I have personally seen how Section 106 helps protect public lands, and it honors our Trust responsibilities to Tribal nations. Like public lands, historic sites are not something we can get back after they're gone. Thank you.
