MAIL-IN VOTING I am a registered North Carolina voter and have standing before the Supreme Court. The emergency request by the Trump Administration affects my vote. The Trump Administration has not provided any legal justification there is a need for a Federal voting role let alone a government run portal. A portal that has been rapidly programmed and is untested exactly two months prior to the midterm election. Even if the Administration had made a legal case that mail-in voting is not secure, USPS staff has not been trained and does not have the manpower requirements to manage the portal. The system has not been thoroughly tested. Worse yet, the voting public did not know a portal even existed 48 hours ago. Chaos is the goal of the portal. The Administration facing a massive election loss doesn’t want it to work. The goal IS election interference. AS A NORTH CAROLINA MAIL-IN VOTER, I ASK IN YHE STRONGEST OF TERMS FOR THE SUPREME COURT TO REJECT THE ADMINISTRATION”S EMERGENCY REQUEST.
