Demand for Full Release of Epstein Files — Accountability/Justice Cannot Wait

To: Sen. Lee, Rep. Owens, Sen. Curtis

From: A constituent in Eagle Mountain, UT

July 30

I am writing to urge you to advocate for the complete, unredacted release of the Jeffrey Epstein case files, including the names of all individuals credibly implicated in his criminal enterprise. This is not just about one man. It is about a sprawling network of exploitation, corruption, and the apparent shielding of powerful individuals from legal consequences. The victims—many of whom were children when abused—deserve full transparency and accountability. So does the public. For years, the Epstein case has symbolized the failure of our justice system to apply the law equally, regardless of wealth or status. The continued secrecy around the full list of Epstein’s associates only deepens public distrust. If the justice system is to retain any legitimacy, it must demonstrate that no one is above the law. The American people have the right to know who was involved, who enabled this abuse, and who may still be at large or in positions of influence. Any further delay or obfuscation is a betrayal of the victims and a stain on our institutions. I urge you to use your office to press for: • The full, unredacted release of all Epstein-related documents. • A public accounting of prosecutorial decisions made over the course of the investigation. • Hearings to examine systemic failures in how this case was handled. This is a test of whether Congress will stand with the vulnerable or protect the powerful. Please be on the right side of history.
