I am writing because I object to the nomination of Emil J. Bove III to the judge ship for which he was nominated. He has stated many times that he does not believe in the rule of law. He does not believe that people in the Senate or the presidency or the Congress have to comply with judicial orders. This is a man who does not have the character or belief in the role of law to be serving in such a high court role. I asked you to please vote against this nomination.
