I see from the recently released meeting minutes (in Beatty v Trump) that you sent a staffer, Ms. Falcone, to the meeting in your stead. I also see that both Susie Wiles and Trump voted by some type of proxy during that meeting. Why didn't you and the other Board members not present do the same? Didn't you think this was important?
