From: A constituent in Henderson, NV

On July 31st, the Wynn Casino group issued a mandate to all of their employees indicating that masks are no longer allowed to be worn on property, unless specifically required by a doctors note. This move is dnagerous not only to the health of the Wynn’s employees but also to the health of the general public at large. Masks are proven to prevent the spread of disease from one person to another. Casinos (and other corporate entities) should not be allowed to control their employees bodily autonomy. A law needs to be passed at once to protect the health and bodily autonomy of employees in the hospitality field before this becomes normalized. Companies employing this sort or tactic should be fined for their part in continuing to spread disease. Please consider passing a law protecting employees from corporate over reach. Masks are a vital part of public health, especially for those who are elderly or immunocompromised.
