President Trump has yet to fully account for his unilateral decision to bomb Iran. All previous testimony by Defense and Intelligence officials in his cabinet indicated a threat of Iranian nuclear weapony measured in *years*. Not months, and most importantly, not weeks. Trump’s actions are in violation of the Constitution’s Article I powers given to Congress. He must present his evidence to Congress and request approval before moving forward with any war planning. No other work, including the Budget Resolution should be entertained until this paramount issue is resolved.
