Good morning! It’s being reported this morning that President Trump would like to pass legislation requiring cognitive testing for all candidates seeking the offices of President and vice president. On the surface, this seems fine, but WE THE PEOPLE would like to see you enforce a better policy- one that would force those persons to take them annually and post the results for the American public. Trump claims he has taken three cognitive tests and passed them all with flying colors. Ok. We would like to see the results in chronological order. We would like to see the tracking of potential cognitive decline and we would additionally like policy set into place pertaining what to do with that information once it is released. For example, if these exams demonstrate a downward trend, we would like legislation that would require that person to step down from office. Since Trump himself is proposing the genesis of these policies, we could start with him. Support Trump’s cognitive testing proposal and legislate how it can be used to remove an official!
