With loopholes for illicit finance and no open amendment process, the GENIUS Act threatens stability and public trust. I urge you to vote no unless critical fixes addressing these issues are made through the regular amendment process as promised. This unacceptable bill must not advance without proper scrutiny and revisions to uphold the integrity of our financial system and democracy.
