Public land is one of the greatest things about America. Whereas Americans have been getting poorer and poorer over the years due to both inflation and lack of wage growth, at least a wealth of nature remains. Of course, those who are already filthy rich (I'm not a Democrat, by the way) want to get their hands on much more land, which they can turn from public land into private land that's in their hands. The US government should not sell land to them, nor to anyone. Some things must continue to exist without the profit motive. If the US lacks money and wants to pay off the debt, then our US politicians should not be getting ready to start a war with Iran. Just don't have people in charge make bad decisions that cost Americans money and then make another bad decision by selling off and destroying public lands. I hope you will do what you can to keep public lands unowned by corporate interests.
